SharkNinja is a pioneer in small household appliances and cleaning solutions that fit the lifestyles of busy people around the world. What started as a small family business in 1994 is now a global brand active in nine countries, including the USA and China.
Encouraged by their great progress in Germany, SharkNinja wanted to expand into Spain.
We launched our Spanish campaigns at the start of August 2021. After we delivered fantastic revenue in the first five months, the client shared a target that took yearly seasonality and expected growth in the new market into consideration and challenged us to reach more revenue in 2022 while remaining at a certain level of efficiency.
Our roadmap to success included an in-depth audit, a tight structure, some successful new campaign type and product launches and, ultimately, increased traffic. We used data to inform our decisions and automated to stay up to date. Ultimately, we overdelivered on our objectives, achieving 126% of our revenue target and 125% of our ROI target for 2022.
