On Thursday 31st August, our first Peak Ace Digital Marketing Meetup took place. While we’re no stranger to holding meetups for the Berlin marketing community (we consistently hosted a meetup series until 2020), last Thursday marked our first return since the covid pandemic made social distancing a necessity. We were delighted to welcome over 100 industry experts to our office and facilitate an amazing evening of sharing knowledge and insights about all things AI and marketing news over free snacks and drinks in a relaxed and casual environment.
Bastian’s Session
Our CEO and Co-founder Bastian Grimm kicked off the event with his session “The Rise of AI: AI is everywhere – but now what?!” and took us on a deep dive into the latest generative AI developments and how they could potentially impact not only the free market and the future of search, but also health care and even weapons development. We sent his presentation slides to all event attendees after the event, so make sure you attend the next Meetup if you are looking for the chance to take home some expert insights!
Panel Talk
Following a short break we opened up the floor to guest questions about Bastian’s session before our panel speakers took to the stage. A massive thanks to our guest speakers Nicole Galindo Sánchez and Sughanthan Sekar who offered their own perspectives on the future of AI-driven marketing in a riveting panel talk hosted by our very own AI and Innovations Lead Thomas Hertkorn.
