Bastian is CEO of Peak Ace AG. He has more than 20 years of experience in online marketing and is a renowned expert for web performance, technical search engine optimisation as well as large-scale SEO in an international context. Dominique Harris
VP Strategy & Innovations
As Director of Organic Search at Peak Ace, Dominique Harris is responsible for the Content Marketing and SEO teams. She implements innovative, performance-driven campaigns for international clients of all sizes and from all industries. In doing so, she accompanies the entire process from strategy development to development and implementation. Ultimately, it is not only clients or teams who benefit from her more than ten years of experience, but also the visitors to numerous conferences at which Dominique shares her know-how.

Expert Lead SEO
Franziska brings over seven years of online marketing experience and has been managing national and international SEO projects at Peak Ace since 2020. She first discovered her passion for search engine optimisation during a working student role – and has been loyal to the fast‑paced agency world ever since. As a Senior SEO Manager, her focus lies on strategic and technical SEO. With Google’s latest AI developments in mind, she is dedicated to building sustainable SEO strategies that equip organisations for the AI‑driven future of organic search.
