Our campaign in focus
Founded in 2003, since its conception the company’s goal has been to improve and streamline the recruiting process for both employers and applicants.
Softgarden’s software manages the recruiting process from start to finish, so we needed to target users involved in hiring at every level (and who would have an interest in improving it). Our goals were to increase leads, decrease CPL and raise both top search impression share and CTR for applicant tracking terms. We also wanted to match or beat the industry average opt-in rate and improve robustness of tracking setup.
By continuously optimising, we reached our goal, lowering CPL in this expensive field while more than doubling the number of leads. This cooperation was characterised by outstanding teamwork (both with the client and cross-department internally) and set the foundation for a long-term leading position in the recruiting sector.
