A Warm Welcome, Big Ideas and a Taste of What’s Next at Peak Ace

A Warm Welcome to Peak Ace’s New CEO – Michael Neuner

Some days in our office feel a little different. Buzzing with energy, packed with ideas, and leaving everyone quietly excited about what’s coming next. Michael Neuner’s first visit as Peak Ace’s new CEO was exactly one of those days.

The team gathered to give Michael a warm, genuinely enthusiastic welcome. It was clear this was more than just a formal introduction. Michael took to the stage to deliver his welcome speech, full of visions of growth, collaboration, and ambition, making it clear that energy, curiosity, and bold thinking will be key themes moving forward.

Michael’s message is simple but powerful: the future is bright, and he’s ready to build it together with the team.

Michael Neuner, CEO, Peak Ace AG
“Here in Berlin, an exceptionally strong, international team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. With an impressive track record and deep expertise across disciplines, I look forward to setting benchmarks together and driving the agency’s growth forward.”

My sincere thanks go to Bastian Grimm for building and shaping Peak Ace, and for his continued involvement in the company. I also thank the entire team who make this success possible every day.

A special thank-you goes to Anthony Ravau, Founder & President of Heroiks, for his trust and support.

I look forward to working closely with Bastian Grimm, Thomas Bayer, Dominique Harris, Salem Handoura, and Anthony Ravau — and to shaping the next chapter together with the entire Peak Ace team.”

Exciting Developments from Heroiks Group

Before looking too far ahead, though, the day made space to celebrate the wider Heroiks Group and the exciting work happening across its ecosystem.

Salem Handoura, Directeur du Digital at Heroiks Group, delivered a compelling presentation on the group’s development and the ambitious projects currently in the pipeline. From cross-agency collaboration to forward-thinking digital initiatives, the session offered a clear sense of scale and opportunity for Peak Ace and its sister agencies. It was a reminder that being part of Heroiks means being part of something much bigger, bolder, and fast-moving.

The creative spotlight then shifted to Sébastien De Milleville, Heroiks’ Managing Director of creative activities. Sébastien shared highlights from the exciting work taking place at Versus Agency – Heroiks’ 100% Gen AI creative agency. His presentation showcased how Versus is pushing creative boundaries and redefining what’s possible with AI-driven creativity. The work demonstrated was sharp, effective, and genuinely inspiring. For many in the room, it sparked new ideas about how creativity and technology can work together to create faster, bigger and bolder projects.

Looking Back at What We’ve Built

Of course, no leadership transition is complete without a meaningful goodbye. Bastian Grimm, Peak Ace’s current CEO, delivered a heartfelt farewell speech that struck exactly the right balance between reflection and optimism.

He shared memories of the journey so far: the challenges, the wins, and the incredible body of work built together over the years. Bastian made it clear that none of it would have been possible without the people of Peak Ace, highlighting just how far the agency has come.

True to form, he ended on a light, hopeful note: while there’s plenty to be proud of, there’s still endless opportunity to grow even further.

Bastian Grimm, Founder, Peak Ace
“I am proud of what we built together and grateful for every challenge, every late-night session, every success, and every lesson learned along the way. To everyone who supported me along this journey – you know who you are. Thank you. Peak Ace has been one of the defining chapters of my life, and it would not exist without the people who brought their talent, energy, humour, and persistence to it every single day.”

Onwards and Upwards!

To round off the day, the talks gave way to something equally important: good food and great conversations. A veritable feast awaited, featuring salmon, shrimps, freshly baked bread, and an array of scrumptious salads. Here at Peak Ace, we cherish the food that fuels our big ideas!

All in all, it was a whirlwind of inspiration, insight, and optimism; the kind of day that reminds everyone why they do what they do and why the next chapter at Peak Ace is one to look forward to.
