Peak Ace AG (Heroiks Group) today announced the appointment of Michael Neuner as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective 2 February 2026. Bastian Grimm, co-founder of Peak Ace, will hand over CEO responsibilities to Neuner on the same date, while continuing to serve in an advisory role at Peak Ace.
Peak Ace has grown into a leading European performance marketing agency with a strong international footprint. Michael Neuner’s appointment reflects the ambition of Heroiks, a leading independent player in growth strategy and media activation with offices in Berlin, Paris and Bangkok, to build on this momentum.
Neuner brings extensive agency leadership experience to Peak Ace. He previously served as Managing Director at Plan.Net Performance and, most recently, as CEO of EPROFESSIONAL. His track record in leading and scaling digital marketing organisations positions him well to support Peak Ace as it moves into its next stage of growth.
