Your tasks

  • You will scout out and proactively foster relationships with potential new clients for our performance marketing services, primarily SEO, PPC, CRO and Digital Analytics.
  • You will work with our Sales team to connect with potential contacts and decision-makers at other businesses, keeping track of the resulting prospects in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • You will communicate with potential new clients and turn them into prospects and leads (for example via LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • You will “think outside the box”, finding innovative ways to generate leads and plan outreach strategies and activities · You will represent Peak Ace at conferences with compelling pitches and presentations
  • You will identify and create the most effective marketing materials, channels and messaging, and come up with ideas for promoting content and brand stories
  • You’re responsible to personalize the buyer’s journey and tailoring all communications, content, and campaigns to those specific accounts

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years’ work experience, ideally in prospecting, account-based marketing, lead generation or sales in an agency or the B2B service sector
  • Full professional fluency in both English and German
  • You are sales-driven and have strong persuasive and negotiating skills
  • You are a team player, with excellent communication skills. You come across as authentic and self-confident when dealing with business managers and decision-makers
  • You have an interest in the world of online marketing and ideally have some experience in the industry (SEO, PPC or Social Media)
  • You already have experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce), and are well-versed in MS Excel and creating pitch decks with PowerPoint
